I was able to get 3 rounds touching in a clover pattern at 50 yards in my PWS MK111 and a PA 3x prism. So would be slightly under 1 moa at 100. Will be my new go to load for this caliber
Thank you for making this video. I ordered 2 boxes online of this same ammo, and it looks like quality ammo. I particularly like how sharp the point is on the end of the bullet. I have a Century C39V2, and it has been a great rifle so far in the 2 years I've owned it. Century may get a lot of criticism, but the C39V2 has been great for me. Century makes great AKs, as long as you don't purposely try to abuse the absolute hell out of them. I have had zero failures of any kind from my C39V2. This video answers the questions I had about this particular ammo, so thank you very much sir. - Sawyer from Western North Carolina.
@shaunaoneal5866 Hey, thank you for taking the time to check out our video and for sharing about your rifle. Happy shooting, and hopefully this stuff runs as good for you as it did for us. Have an amazing evening my friend and thanks again for "stopping by". It's always so awesome hearing from folks.
@mikethomas4598 dude, that's awesome! Congratulations my friend and thank you for sharing! That is great info. There really is no substitution for real and actual terminal data from the field.
Most surplus iron sights from post wars were battle sighted for 300M. SO that SKS shotting high at 100 is not bad ammo. With that being said, the 30-30 lever gun still outshoots any of the groups seen in this test.
My model 1894 Winchester was not all that accurate. But my Marlin model 1894P in .44 magnum really surprised me with it's accuracy. I'd like to try a Marlin in 30-30 to see how much more accurate it is than my Winchester 1894 was. You can definitely tell that he didn't have the AK sighted in properly.. I can make great groups at 100 yards with my AKM, but it's because I have it sighted in properly for 100 yards. - Sawyer from Western North Carolina
Another Maine guy here! Was wondering about this ammo have some black tip 556 77 grain I believe shoots well for me but like you said days of old are gone for 7.62x39

I've heard good things about the .223 black tips, but haven't tried them myself. I'm really liking some of the stuff I've been seeing come out of AAC and PSA.
I have watched a few thousand of these videos and this was one of the best. Hope you have a hungry dog for that ham you sacrificed . Ribs too. Great review

The AKs were not zeroed properly. Also at a 100 yards you use the Belt hold for a center mass shot. Pretty impressive. Thank you for your work. Keep it up.
Steel cases are agreeable to East Block rifles. I found out that mine only hangs up with brass cases. Do they also make soft points? I use my rifle for hunting and my Bernaul supply has dried up.
The Saber Blades are only the black tip, but by the testing we did, these would make an excellent hunting ground. AAC also makes a full metal jacket. There are some pointed soft points out there , but the prices aren't so good on a lot of them, and you definitely won't find them in any bulk.
I'll definitely keep that in mind for a future video. Thanks for the suggestion, and thank you for checking out our video! We are going to do a full video on the AK as well as the SKS at some point. That would definitely be something we can work in on that.Have a great day, and thanks again for stopping by.
I’ve noticed their FMJ rounds aren’t seated properly into the case. I got in my hornady loading manual and sure as 💩 they’re out of spec. I’ve had no issues but something to keep in mind. Not only are the rounds seated out of spec but they’re also all over the place as far as measurements.
You needs to test it on some level 3 plates, the only reason people are buy these out because they don’t have AR, and AK alternative to green tip is 7.62 black tips.
With the 7.62X39 I believe with irons they tell troops to aim toward the gut in order to get an upper chest hit. Just the way they teach them because of the rounds' trajectory. Food for thought in the future.
@@AudioGardenSlave123 For sure. All Americans in the military were taught to put the silhouette right on top of the front sight ( or black center of long range on top of front sight for bullseye center hit)
