I have a similar urn but having twin heating element with double pole switch,, currently it is malfunctioning and I need help to repair it,,as soon as the switch is turned on, only the keep warm light (green) is coming on instead of the heating light (red),,the element is not heating up

The heater coil should be checked first. This can be done using a multimeter meter.

Disconnection occurs when the thermostat reaches the specified temperature.

There is a big mistake in your circuit, in the wiring of the boiler, if you look carefully, besides the thermal fuse, there are three wires at the beginning of the element, number one is connected to the thermal fuse, number 2 is connected to the LED, and number three is what you forgot. Add in your electrical plan, the blue wire that is connected to the rocker switch
There are two wires connected to your rocker switch, but if you pay attention to the photo wiring of the boiler, 3 wires are connected to the rocker switch not 2 wire.
