How to replace element in a tea urn water boiler thats not heating

If you have a tea urn or catering water boiler that is made by any of these makes below, it might have an element that was built with obsolescence in mind by the manufacturer, In my personal opinion this is a disgrace in today's Society but I have managed to find a workaround hack to save you money.
