I'm being totally honest and wouldn't be lying for the sake of this video. I have been travelling in PIA for many years now, never have i ever seen a grilled chicken or pasta or most of the food i'v seen on this video. Oh my god i'm shocked to even see it.
True, it's a problematic airline. The economy class seats are not comfortable on international flights, but I'd still prefer flying on my national airline because I feel at home flying it. 2002 was the last time I flew on Emirates. Their flight crew was extremely rude on LGW-DXB flight, and even worse on DXB-LHE route. I've been flying PIA since then. I hope and pray PIA gets it act together and improves its inflight service and aircraft maintenance instead of indulging in another futile attempt of redesigning livery. We're not asking for the world by demaning Emirates-like IFE system. Increase the economy class seat pitch to at least 32 inches with an 18 inch width on each seat having usb charging ports and Wifi and you'll see wonders for the economy class passenger. PIA's offer of transporting deceased Pakistanis from overseas routes for free is commendable. Let's just hope PIA is put back on track.

We are travelling with pia nearly 19 years .I never seen food like this .this I traveled with my family 2/5/20 .I did this travel Islamabad to Manchester and this my last travel with pia after I think my no family mumber will travel pia .One is most rubbish service by pia

I have traveled with Pia many times . But never see this kind of food. From Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad to Toronto , they serve only 2 times . First they give boiled rice and black masoor. Kheer and salad. Juice and tea, cofee. 2nd meal chicken curry with boiled rice and same as above. 15 hours non stop flight only 2 times meal if you need something in the meantime than go and take yourself. Air hostess never show up after two times. This is a fake video they don't serve anything like this. Ticket price too high but service is very poor. Only families and old people like it. They should learn many things from Emirates.

I am a frequent flyer and I love to fly with PIA. No airline, even Qatar or Emirates, is perfect in this world.
Qatar is the worlds best air line by a long way ! May ASWT always help them to stay the best great service best planes & the food is just amazing.
