There have been so many bad reviews of PIA, I wonder why people still take chances with PIA. From ticketing to baggage claim and everything in between is broken in PIA. Taking indirect flights of reputable airlines has always been less stressful for me. PIA is only good for those whose tickets get subsidized by the government or those looking for an adventure. Not for frequent flyers who pay the entire fare out of their own pocket.
Actually PIA itself isn't bad our politicians who were looting Pakistan are the responsible of these issues. I am also Pakistani but i do not travel in PIA.

I live in states and have traveled via PIA when they were a airline of class, in fact they were rated one of the 10 best. Thanks to our politicians and army running the whole show it has now become the worst ! sad that people who are employed I am sure are the best but somehow this is where we are now ! I flew in PIA from Islamabad to JFK about 10 years ago. My experience was terrible. I never flew in the PIA even tho PIA was cheaper than other airlines. That’s what corruption does.

PIA is very unprofessional. PIA cancel/divert international flights a last moment based on bad weather/fog when other airlines from same Lahore airport operate normally. PIA staff lie to customers by staying transit hotel stay would be given when actually it was not the case and I was stuck at airport (in this case Istanbul) for 16 hours. I paid myself overnight stay in Istanbul. avoid PIA at all cost

I started traveling from 2012 Only one time I travel with pic in 2022 because there timing was suitable for my plan but flight delayed for 4 hours Always fly with reputed airlines If you want to support Pia then just give some donations but don't spoil your time flying with them

I had bad experience with PIA. Burnt chicken piece . Then bathrooms sooo bad . This man was not even closing door and he was poop by rather siting on flush . He was siting with shoes on top of flush (like floor flush in Pakistan). Like flush in ground . They should stop floor flush 😅

Emirates ko banaay wala pia tha aur woh kahan top mein aur pia ko dekho poorest airline...And thus is international in domestic they always do that in July I went to islamabad from karachi and flight was delayed 7hrs late and reason was that plane is having some fault this made passenger more worried and the ticket was non refundable

i think its disappointing but according to my recent experience from toronto to lahore from pia every thing was fine but entertainment is not available nothing more.
