Nice house. I like it when the person showing the house stays out of most of the shots. This way, the viewer can get a feel for what it would be like to feel the energy of a particular room until live in the house. Sometimes a fast moving camera can make you feel dizzy.
I had the opportunity to visit a college who's parents had an 11,000 sq/ft, single story home. Certainly a nice place, but it took 5 min to walk from the master to the kitchen. Don't forget your phone if you are in a hurry.
