Building some concrete column cap forms for stone gate pillars

The General contractor wanted some concrete caps built for two stone columns, so we custom built some forms using scrap pieces of plywood and some old 2x4s and poured the caps, in this video we explain in detail how we put them together. We almost always use a t25 head screw because the regular Philips bits are junk and they strip out too much so we switched to the t25 and were super happy with them. Yah, OSB where I’m from is around 49$ for 7/16, 4x8 sheet... A 2x4x8 is between 7.50$ and 8.50$, and a 2x6x8 is 12.60$.... I don’t know about where you live but a 1/2 inch OSB was around 10$ before all this started... Someone’s getting rich but it’s not me...
Must make it all the more difficult with your contracts...

About the same pricing here, everyone we build for is really fussy about the prices right now, I just started giving labor bids, some materials like cultured stone are out 3 months, sad to see it like this makes everyone reluctant to build.
