So glad you made this vid! I asked about it a couple weeks back and had no idea you'd have it done so quickly after that inquiry. You're a great FPS TH-camr Ace! Always going into a lot of detail and breaking down good strategies. I always feel good when you go over strategies and I have already been playing that way, makes me feel smarter lol. Anyways great vid as always, and I got lucky enough to get the Epic G Rail after about a week of it's release and have been loving that gun even not ever charging the shots. Just a great feeling to get one bursts with it pretty consistently. Also when I first tried the base G Rail I was really disappointed. Then I got the V4 and was at first really not happy. But it is one of the most fun guns I've played with. And since I feel I'm a pretty accurate player, I get the satisfaction of tons of 1 burst kills and so I end up playing with it a lot, and I actually got a 6 man in dom where the entire other team was trying to cap the B Flag and I got a charged shot on 1 player and killed them all. It was definitely so satisfying. I do think it's a little lame that not everyone can experience this gun in all it's variations. I myself haven't had the chance to play with the 2 or 3 round burst variants. Only the base semi and the 4 round burst epic. I do really enjoy playing with the G Rail V4 Fussilade but like you said it doesn't feel overly powerful. I do like that if a player has been getting the better of me I can tactically play to try and make him explode. lol.
Wait a sec that epic variant is a 4 round burst??? I thought it was a 3 round burst haha but I've never noticed that and I've had the gun for a few weeks lol. Well that's Interesting but with the rare variant does suppressor affect the range since it's always a 4 shot?
I got the Fusillade mkII out of a supply drop and have been having a lot of fun with it. It's a nice change from the typical guns in the game and it's fun blowing people up and especially when you get a double kill.
I would recommend using the epic variant a grip stock, a sight of your choosing and long barrel. The play style you need to adapt is holding down long lines of sight and hard aiming. call it camping if you want but this works
For some reason I was able to find a three-shot kill range for the v2 Helix when the G-Rail had just come out. Maybe they changed something? Either way, I think they should to lower the burst delay between the v2 and v3 variants if they aren't going to make the ranges closer to the R-VN and the R3K.
I got really triggered I got lucky and got the MK2 Fusillade and then I noticed the three epic supply drops in my inventory. I got the normal Fusillade and two epic accessories.. Other than that I like the variant it's great. You have to play safe with it though can't be rushing with that gun. When you kill an enemy with a fully charged shot it honestly feels amazing and it looks awesome!
Burst delay has been update. V4. Slap on quickdraw, foregrip, Rifle Barrell, Trojen sight. Also add suppressor if that's your thing. Great anti camper weapon.
Only thing I noted you didn't cover was the epics ability to detonate enemies on a headshot kill. Rather annoying to get a hipfire headshot & explode as a result.
The v4 fusillade is so powerful that if you fired a charged shot at an enemy at point blank range, not only will he die but the user will die as well. I actually got this weapon and this has happened to me twice so far😂
Frankly, I'd not entrust my survival to any of the burst fire variants. As someone that's extremely well acquainted with semi-auto assault rifles, the base G-Rail is what would do it for me, offering the precision I want and not wasting any ammo. Not to mention, when charged, it becomes an excellent sniper-like weapon when fitted with a rifled barrel and VMC.
Over 3000 kills with this weapon and got it diamond pretty quickly, Epic variant is insane. They should really buff the base gun, hopefully without touching the epic variant. Also wanted to add the gun still blows people up if you get a headshot. that glitch was never fixed.
I don't know why people have been complaining about the different weapons on this game. It adds variety and there really isn't any reason people should be upset when they give us the base variant for free.
LIke you said toward the end of this video, it's cool they give the base gun to season pass holders but, the base gun sucked (except in hardcore. It really bothers me. I wish they'd make all the DLC guns and their variants earn-able the same way the base gun is earned.

Don't have a favorite variant, since I'm the only one in the game (it sure damn seems!) without *any* of them... Do very much agree, the base is just barely 'usable', mostly just to get the kills camo's done, and not much else...somehow, I've gotten 50 headshots with it, but it's not reliable enough to focus only on doing them!
I'm really not a fan of the g rail period. I would much rather use the r3k spearhead with reduced recoil. For me personally it works way more efficiently
I have tried the base version, the common version and the 3-burst version, and all of them aren't very good. I have always liked semi-auto guns, like the Sheiva in BO3, Mk14 from older CODs, but this semi-auto just can't compete. You just can't wait the 3 seconds to charge up the g-rail most of the time, because your opponent hit you with 4 to 5 shots while you wait. As the the 3-round burst, like you said the R3K is better, even the common version which is my favorite R3K. I would prefer to use the epic Volk semi auto or the RVN over the g-rail.
Gaming Central Time it takes to aim down ur sights after full sprint. Smgs are faster than assault rifles, assault rifles are faster than lmgs etc... Ur welcome lol
Brady Snelgrove Common misconception. Sprintout time is the delay between sprinting and being able to FIRE your gun and it has nothing to do with aiming down sight.
I am a normal player ( don't play every day and not have a good ratio). And in the day that the g rail was introduced i got the epic. And is not really that great compared with better weapons. It doesn't make my K/d better so is not op and is not that bad. In some games i was going great. But the nv4 is way betterrrr

What I would recommend is saving up all your Keys for when they release a bundle that contains a Quartermaster Collection Hack or MKII Epic Hack. They usually always come in a Triple Play or Quad Play Bundle. I have most of the DLC variants including 5 Epic DLC variants thanks to those bundles.

I didn't watch the full video and from the game epic weapons alone usually change performance of the weapon drastically so again I apologize I didn't know Andi am not stupid. It is common assumption

Very consistent 1 bursts and being able to get splash damage has netted me many doubles and a few triples. I also preferred the common variant over the rare, the v2 Helix can never one burst so with it's burst delay it just felt pretty bad. And yes this weapon and it's variants are the first real example of variants being entirely different from their standard version. I hope that this doesn't become more common with forthcoming DLC weapons.
I don't like this weapon at all, I don't see the point of using it, I sometimes use weapons because they "feel" nice even though they might have lower damage, but the g-rail has nothing, no nice "feel", no nice sound, no good recoil, no increased speed while ADS, nothing... Only a charge, I get the charge idea on snipers, but not on any other weapons. it' nothing like the M8, that gun was amazing.
I just listened again and haven't noticed it, even with my volume all the way up. But I also don't have a studio sound system either lol so I'm not going to claim to have the best PC sound experience as is. Mine may not be sensitive enough to hear the difference.

But this drains all the remaining joy of the game. I have been playing almost only zombies the last week or so, and I am normally not a zombie player, and the few games I have had in multi, I couldn't bring my self to keep using this. The "all or nothing" with the charged shot seems like a bug too. It should do more damage if you charge it for like 2 seconds. it doesn't have to be anything near the fully charged ofc, but it should do something imo. I might just let it be till I get it epic, or at least legendary. It is btw absolute useless in zombies too... even under round 10 a fully charged headshot wont kill.

I rarely see people using the G-Rail, even the campers. Models have died down, and IW is continuing to send out ban waves for the jitter moders. VPR is the best SMG, but it's not OP. The buffed version of the VPR was definitely OP, not if's and's or but's, but the nerfed VPR is on par with a lot of other SMGs. Still the best, but not by far. I still much prefer every other SMG over it. Proteus was fixed the very next day. R-VN is underrated in my opinion. I have a lot of fun with it, and I do well with it. It may be the worst DLC weapon and one of the least used weapons, but it's not trash.

Missed a note about the gun. The variable sights on the weapon (VMC, Scout Hybrid) reset the charge meter when switching modes if fully charged.

I disagree. I'm a 2KD player and after using the fusilade for 1 day in my combat record the G-rail has a 4KD. Dominant if used right
