Bryce is absolutely The Best realtor we’ve worked with over our many home purchases. He’s attentive, thorough and helpful. He takes the time to really understand what we need. He is familiar with man areas, not just Seattle-proper, allowing us to consider the pros and cons of various areas - without being restricted. He knows the market and takes the time to understand our specific likes & dislikes. He also helped us find competent inspectors, mortgage brokers and got referrals from other customers of his for other trades. He was always looking out for our best interests and went above and beyond on several occasions throughout our home-buying process. If you want someone you can trust and who really knows the area - not just Seattle-metro - Bryce is the guy!
your content is absolutely captivating! You have a real talent for explaining things in a way that's both clear and engaging. Please continue the excellent work!😊👍
I lived in West Seattle from 2012-2020 and absolutely loved every part of it but the 45-60 minute drive during morning rush hour to downtown Seattle. I am retired now and am considering moving back to Seattle in 2025 and that is the area where I would chose to live. If you are working anywhere but West Seattle it is a terrible commute and I would not recommend moving to West Seattle. Fremont, First Hill, Capitol Hill, Queen Anne are the places you are looking to live and work in the city.
Kitsap county is a decent area but the commute to Seattle can be a bear, the ferry ride is not too bad but once you debark you are in Seattle Traffic's downtown heart. Even the drive up Interstate 5 is brutal even during times without construction. But, if you can make the commute outside normal grind time, Kitsap is a decent place to homestead. I'm biased though, grew up with a Kitsap home and after 22 years in the military, I moved back to what I always called "home". I now have 18 cats that are glad I am back and being in the woods, for shelter and food they will usually give me no flack. If you take Bryce's outstanding advice, and he obviously knows this place well, you can't go wrong wherever you plant roots. WashingNoSun has a bit of EVERYTHING all around and you can still get to a job in the main downtown. ❤⚡🙏🇺🇸😻
Kirkland 😎💛and i dont even live there australia is like one big kirkland well until 2020 with the vaccine mandates you couldn’t leave australia unless you were injected with that vaccine but even worse in Seattle university of washinton transplant centre denied a dying woman with a 10 year old son a transplant because shes not Vaccinated 🖤

did you touch on renton?
You'd be better avoiding Washington State. They've ruined it here.
Oh god, it's nice lol. It has issues like every state does. You all need to relax 😭😭😭
