How many kilometers does that car have now? And what you think is the reason for this piston issue? Is it cause of piston rings burnt or oil ran out? The car has any oil loss problem?

Those 1.2 DIG-T engines are horrible. Weak timing chains and problems with piston rings and oil consumption. The older naturally aspirated Nissan/Renault engines are a whole lot better.
