    7:41 The boring machine has rotated from when we last saw it. The front has been in a near-perfect 'X' for a while, but today it's more of a leaning '+'. Any movement is a good sign.

    0:27. Southend. Parapet. Inconvenient to my previous statement that the short posts above the roof line correspond with the joint in the large glazing panels. Mostly do line up, just not around the corner area.
    1:23. Southend, west. Northern most erected steel. Beam at a lower level. Columns on the ground have connection plates for more. Floor will be at the same elevation as the lower loading platform to the left.
    2:01. Southend, west. Inside. Excavation commenced for the third wide trench. Inline with the Level 2 floor opening, and the retaining wall thickening on the south elevation.
    2:18. Southend. Tank farm. Tops/lids installed on the smaller tanks.
    2:31. Stamping, east. Apron. Bottom left. Coils of metal being delivered.
    Electricity pylon. Utility vehicle parked under.
    2:44. Parking Garage. Inside. Left. Materials stacked on the Level 1 floor.
    Apron. Large ductbanks constructed towards the building.
    3:23. Windtunnel. Bottom right. Cybertruck getting a blast.
    3:43. BIW. Apron. Against the building. Green pumps, a manifold, and hoses. Some white cabinets, may be associated somehow.
    Roof. Immediately above. Roof Pipework Project. Pipes crossing the roof from behind the parapet.
    3:50. Parking Garage. Elevator shaft. Loading materials in through an opening.
    5:03. Westside storage. Far right. Lots of flue components.
    5:17. Westside storage. Electrical contractors compound. Right. Assembling what are likely transport yard lighting towers. 2 installed
    and another being installed at 6:54.
    Additional 4 Supercharger bases.
    5:24. Westside. Old contractor parking. Bottom right. No cover on the stormwater drain. Grade to be raised.
    7:53. Westside. Tunnel Project. Conveyor belt installation on the storage magazine/cassette. Day 55 of set-up by my count.
    Trench with electrical conduit ends at the generators location. Might be planning to connect the Tunnelling Project to the electrical supply.
    8:21. New EOL Superchargers. Small white trailer mounted Daleks must be wi-fi, or some other electronic gadgetry.
    10:48. New switchyard/substation. Tracked boom-lift has been there for a month or more. Handy storage location I guess. Hasn’t been used.
    Mega-Vaults. Spreading gravel around the perimeter.
    11:20. Westside. North storage. 2024 Evapco line now in stock.
    11:44. Battery west. Apron. Right. All stairs now demolished.
    12:18. Plastics. Apron. Pellet delivery.
    12:54. Casting east. Apron. Piling work has halted. One pile trimmed at ground level. Right of the excavator.
    13:01. Casting. Roof. Nice view of the Roof Pipework Project behind the parapet.
    13:34. Die Shop, south. Right. Excavating in front of the doors.
    14:03. Cathode west. Tank Farm. Spill containment walls being constructed. Note that the area has been expanded west 5’ 1.5m or so.

    Dear Brad. Always enjoying your videos. Learning to fly a drone, is a bit like riding an airplane. In WWI pilots were flying without many rules, and most rides were like a rollercoaster experience. Nowadays pilots have some flyong patterns, that make the trip smoothe, and avoids the passengers from vommiting. Now, how can this be used as a drone pilote? I talked to an airline pilote, and he told me about the crosswind, the downwind, the base and the final. A rectangular flying pattern, and a something thats also of value flying a drone. Other rules: Never do two manuvres at the same time. Never zoom or pan, when the drone is moving in any upwards, downwards or sideway direction. That will make the viewer(your passenger) disoriented. If you can always follow straight lines on the ground. In ex. Coastlines, roads, building lines, rivers, cabellines, trainlines ect. Per in 😎🇩🇰

I imagine they will wait until all segments are on-site before they start the tunnel, so it may be an indicator when there's a significant increase (so far they have

    • @davidsalisbury50
      @davidsalisbury50 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Most TBM projects don’t have the luxury of such space and therefore only hold 2/3 days of production worth of segments on site. Also, stacking segments on the dirt is generally not allowed. Risk of contamination of the extrados and the gasket groove as well as fall over risk if a full ring height is stacked (maybe why they are only stacking half rings)

      @tunnellingsalisbury7605 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@DessieDoolan Hi Dessie,
      Yes, it is fairly common to use autoclave (Steam curing) on segment production lines. Obviously, this tends to be either on the very large projects or in factories specializing in tunnel segment or other precast concrete production. The autoclave process is generally used for early strength achievement to allow early demoulding of the segments to recycle the moulds quicker and allow handling of the partially cured segments. it is very unusual to allow segments to be incorporated into the works before 28day strength tests have been conducted, but not unheard of. Segments are traditionally stamped with their date of manufacture, as well as information cast in about the mould used etc. for quality control purposes. These days many precast companies use barcode or QR codes to trace a segment through the whole manufacturing process much like any other production line.
      TBC don't appear to have autoclave facilities at their Bastrop manufacturing site (assuming these segments are made there).
      I don't pretend to be an expert, but I do have a fairly wide knowledge of tunnelling after 30+ years at it as a contractor, design consultant, employer, manufacturer and now independent consultant. Each of these fields have plenty of real experts with a more detailed knowledge than me.
