That would be an easy choice. Rivian seems much better than Cybertruck. I haven't driven either yet but I can't imagine wanting to live with a Cybertruck.
I use to have problems with the approaching the Rivian but for me it had to do with my phone app settings. On my iPhone I had to make the location to Always be allowed (not just while using the app). I always keep the app open too. Has been working for me since. Make sure the settings for the Tesla and Rivian app settings are the same, each might "enforce" their own things.

Currently have a Model X Plaid and Model Y Performance. May add a Dual Motor Performance R1T. I test drove one and love it.
