There's no denying Iv'e been tough some times recently and it has certainly been a challenge to say the least. At times i've felt like giving up throwing in the towel. However for one reason or another i kept going. Mainly due to the friendship and support from good friends I've managed to survive. It hasn't been easy anxiety at times has been through the roof. Sometime going for days and days on no sleep and having panic attacks where i feel like someone is sitting on my chest and i can't breath. I've started to get this under control telling myself it's not real i can breath. It's been hard keeping the black dog at bay.
Onwards and upwards now with a huge changes and a new project to take care of i'm really looking forward to the year ahead. As Well as getting back behind the camera and creating new video content.

A couple of things to consider, lose weight, stop drinking so much, workout ( free ebdorfins which make you feel great) . Breathing exercises, it all comes down to you Greg. The only person that can help you is you. Drugs only mask the underlying problem.

problem being that 90% of the opportunities are not successful , mainly because there are way way too many bars and restaurants there is one about every 30 meters or so and lets to forget the street vendors who are about every 15 meters. I and my partner went to a restaurant in the center of Hua Hin 4 days ago , they opened at 8 am for breakfasts and did not have one customer so when we arrived about 12:45 , therefore we were the first customers and the owner still has to pay the 4 employees that have been there since 7:30am , upon speaking to the waitress she informed us that the business is for sale and it joins the rest that are on the market .

Wow! mental health problems usually start from childhood, resulting how present day challenges are approached successfully or not. You definitely need professional help as taking prescription meds. only stalls the problem & will eventually lead to a possible breakdown.
Pronounced "hwa-hin". This a win-win for you and the bar owner as you do a great job and it will give you something to focus on. The change of scenery might help too. Wishing you the best.
My dad took testosterone replacement therapy for a few years, but he didn't work out, and it just made his heart health worse.

In addition to my previous comment, lifestyle adjustments plus a CPAP (constant positive airway pressure) machine is what is advised. I have also just found a program on fixing the muscles in ones throat with specific exercises so will be giving that a go so I don't have to rely on a medical device. Sedatives and sleep apnoea/snoring is a very dangerous combo btw

The most important thing about managing the bar is ensuring that the "official" manager and staff do not take more money than was agreed on.... Also, keep the skin from the sun, stay away from drinking (excessive) alcohol and stop those hormone therapies.
And have proper visa. ILLEGAL work on Retirement visa this wombat never learn from previous fuk ups .
