This place is incredible. A large property that just needs some TLC (tender loving care) and a new kitchen. It looks move-in ready so the improvements can be done later. I wonder if the storage area under the stairs in one of the bedrooms can be converted into a half bath (toilet and sink). We are looking into moving to Italy for our retirement, but would need to sell our property in Belize first. This home would be a serious contender. I really like how quiet the town is.

Planes? 😅 no, absolutely! At the beginning of the video, while I'm walking, you can hear the wind. The heating is currently with the stove. There are no radiators but there is gas so you can install the traditional heating system.

This particular home has the fireplace in the living area, which is unusual as most Italian homes have the fireplace in the kitchen. It is very rare to see sidewalks Italy, unless you are in a much larger city. As quiet as this town is, I doubt you'll be disturbed by too much noise.
There are actually two entrances. If you look at the video carefully, there is another access from the room on the left. I couldn't open it because I don't have the key and it's locked. All information on the properties is available in the link I put in the description. The location is very central as you can see and we are in a small mountain town: there isn't enough traffic to complain about the noise! Furthermore, the access road is secondary: I didn't enter from the main road...

I have to agree with the comment. It is very hard to view in portrait. We would see a lot in the video more if they turned their phone. I tried to view on my TV, but for videos filmed in portrait, I can only watch on my phone.
@@tmink1 when you’re filing a TikTok shorts ..that’s ok..! BUT when selling a house for thousands of €€€ it’s a different matter..! Filmed in good quality, and the correct format for laptops and TVs. You trying to market a house. If you’re wasting time on a shorts that’s fine. But a house sale requires a professional appraisal.
Honestly, I don't know. This house has been uninhabited for many years. The current owner bought it and has never used it so I can't give a definitive answer. I think it will be enough to insert a steel tube inside and it will be as good as new.

The gas connection was made by the new owners but the heating system has not yet been installed and a boiler has not been installed. There are two electric water heaters for hot water. The gas now there is only for cooking.

Most of her views come from people on their mobile phones, so portrait mode works great for that. No phone turning required.
