Nice property in terms of size. Some people will want to update the rooms with wall tile in the kitchen and bathroom. In less I missed it, I did not see a bathroom on the floor with the bedrooms. I wouldn't want to have to traverse the stairs in the middle of the night. Thank you for the video tour!

What a beautiful little town with amazing views, the home is very large with tons of space. The storage space below the home is almost the same size of the upper floor. The private parking area is ideal. What a wonderful deal.

A lovely apartment for those who want all the modern conveniences. This would make a great Airbnb.

Happy New Year! Not too many modern homes in Italy get me excited, but this one does. Sara, if I had the money to buy this property, I would turn it into my private home with plenty of space to have all my family visit at the same time! I would install a pool, an outdoor kitchen, flower and vegetable gardens, playhouse for the grandchildren, a sitting area in the middle of the olive trees, an giant outdoor chess/checker set, cornhole area. I looked at the photos online and the taverna is gorgeous. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. I'm green with envy right now. If I win the lottery, this property is MINE! ALL MINE!

This is a very nice apartment for B&B investment. And I have been in love with Sulmona ever since I saw the first photo of Piazza Garibaldi with the mountains.

Just one room, but the price is fair.

I like the finishes and the location is unbeatable, but may be a little bit over priced for a one bedroom

Very clean, modern remodeled apartment. Would make a great B&B. Thank you Sara for another excellent video. I love the way you present the town and then have nice background music for the property tour. We're hoping to sell here and buy something in Abruzzo soon. Buon anno!!
