2:03 This scene is very underrated - Tony repaired the shield, the last time Cap had it the shield had Black Panther's claws marked on it. He also puts the shield on Cap,Tony mentions his father and after giving Cap the shield he makes a gesture with his hand (maybe he was going to tell him about the claws) but decides to look the other way. Tony is still hurt by breaking his friendship with him but he is doing the best he can here, and although he tries to use his typical humor, his feelings make him stay silent at times.

The other two broke that down by questioning what he'd do in more complex circumstances. I'd say he still didn't do anything wrong except not tell Tony that his parents were murdered, but we couldn't call his actions selfless or heroic. We couldn't call Tony's actions that either. Civil War was about questioning the idea of heroes and turning them back into mortal, flesh and blood human beings, and that was reflected in Zemo's goals. Then, once the idea of heroes was thoroughly smothered, we see how they get smashed by Thanos. And then, Endgame restores them as heroes by never giving up doing the right thing.

Thats not taking into account all the people falling out of the sky from planes that are not even there or drowning in the ocean as their ships are long gone.
Hulk replaced Scott's lost taco with two tacos. Maybe this is foreshadowing, because humanity lost a lot during the snap, but made new lives (Morgan Stark) but Hulk gives them what they lost and they get to keep what they have. Obviously the scene with cap and Tony also raises this point.

We don't know that for sure. I'm not gonna assume anything until it's confirmed when exactly he was replaced. Secret Invasion is set 3 years after Endgame, so the line "you've been in here a long time" would still make sense.
I think if Tony had lost either his wife or daughter, he wouldn't have had the strength to keep going like Thor or he would have burnt himself out like Natasha was doing.
