Touching the face of the dial could cause damage. I am always afraid to touch the face of the dial in any manner whatsoever. Are you not afraid of damaging it? Causing harm? Please explain.

While the prices IWC is asking for watches nowadays may suggest that there is a degree of sophistication in the movements, THERE IS NO SUCH THING. What you buy today are 🤪🤮💩👎 movements in all of their models priced up to $20'000. The same goes for Panerai, Tag-Heuer, Breitling and Hublot.

May I know why the watch was opened from the front and not the rear? Does this watch have a sealed case back?
Monocoque watch case. The only way to open the case is as I do it.

In over 3 decades of watchmaking I never damaged any dial while taken it out. I damaged one or two dials while cleaning them 🫣
