I dont't know about that but I truly appreciate the kind words. Yeah that was a spot close to my parking spot and usually has a good fish or two so I grabbed the drone and it kinda worked out, but wish I got that big one!
Great vid. I always look forward to your films because of your style as you don't waste words with constant verbal litany, or camouflage natures symphony with ceaseless canned background music. It's the quite sport, and you're one of a minority of TH-camrs that appears to respect that fact. Stay hooked! Bill
Yeah I think narration certainly has its place and I do like some background music but when I watch others videos sometimes the music or narration/talking can be distracting so I try to limit it in most of the vids. Thanks for your comment and glad you enjoy!
Can’t wait to go get my first 10in + native or wild trout here in Lancaster county I only caught a 8 inch brown and a 5 inch brook. I’ve just recently got really heavy into trout fishing.
A 10" wild brookie is not super common on most streams but they are out there and I'm sure you will find one if you keep at it, good luck and thanks for commenting!
@@deaddriftoutdoors2940 We fish in the same areas. That wasn't the creek I was thinking of. The PA Trout Streams map doesn't show that as a class A creek.
Right? I just fished a long stretch of prime water without a fish. I think these streams get hit by bait/spinner guys early in the season and some of the prime pools get fished out. As the season goes on the remaining fish seem to redistribute.
Pennsylvania has such great wild trout fishing, but for some reason everyone lines up shoulder to shoulder to catch stockers. I will never understand it.
Not exactly gatekeeping haha, its a public stream on state land with easy access. Not hard to find. Not naming it is not gatekeeping just not spotburning. If I owned it and put up posted signs or an actual gate you can call me a gatekeeper.
beautiful water full of wild brookies. heaven
I agree!
Best fishing channel on TH-cam. The aerial shot as you were casting alongside that big boulder was too good.

Consistently the best Brook trout content on TH-cam.
Thank you!

You walk sturdy. Like bear. 🐻❄
Haha sometimes, I stumble often but don't put that in the vid
Nice looking creek. Looking at the PA Trout Streams map, I have a pretty good idea which it is.
And??? Which one???
You are my stalker haha.
Smith Creek

I was just messing with ya! It does show that one as class A so maybe you were thinking of a different creek?
Crazy you pulled 5 out of that little hole.

sick fish tight lines
Thanks so much!
great job on the video man. do you watch any of the Allegany Native guys stuff. they are from your neck of the woods
Absolutely. I love their camera style and storytelling. Definitely an influence for me.
@deaddriftoutdoors2940 yea, I was thinking your stuff has a similar style

Yes you will definitely never see me lined up for stockers haha. But I like that it keeps those folks away from these wild gems!
First🤌
my man
whered you go to? if you don’t mind sharing!!!
Sorry I don't share the names/locations of these small wild creeks.
@@deaddriftoutdoors2940 understandable 🙏
