Nitara's species, the Vaternians (Vampire + Eternal) embraced Vampirism to gain immortality. They've been having a population crisis and feel personally attacked when others don't volunteer themselves to live the rest of their lives as Capri Suns.

Her voice acting in the story mode is terrible but honestly the intro dialogues aren't as bad

There's some things to take away from this.
First off Baraka even though he hates suffering from Tarkat still sees some fates as even worse then his.
Shao may hate the royal family but he is still loyal to outworld and will not abide Nitara's shit.
Nitara has the obvious hypocrisy with how she calls those who look down on her Prejudice but compares humans to pigs and see them as a 'lower-species'
