The business is expanding however they have lost control over the business. The quality is poor and so is the service. Rather than focusing on expanding they should have a more customer centric approach and focus more on the quality and customer service.

burger lab first branch was near my house it was a small shop .. it was not very well managed they took 30 min to 45 min for one burger then soon it was closed and i thought that they shut down the business for good but couple of years later i cam eto know it became a brand ... amazing

Unfortunately Burger Lab has only expanded the branches but not quality and taste. I have had v bad experiences from several branches. The food is overly salty, bad in quality, and always oily. Often we are served cold or burnt as well.
