The editing is so tight, it's like expertly flying a kite, pulling the tension, letting it slack just enough to let it build again, bringing so much character to each contestant.
Very underrated task, a nice fun one to kick off the series. Definitely doesn't set the tone in regards to Munya smashing it and Dara shitting the bed though
Often when watching these tasks I think about how good I would be at them but watching this, I would absolutely suck at it. I m not good at abstract thinking and puns. For the Americans: Fern's "Fanny Weapon" is insanely funny if you know what it means. In the US it's just a casual word for "bum" or "rear end". In the UK it refers to the female pubic area.

Was this the only time Dara got one point outside of "Wait, what?"? Obviously he's been last place more times than that but the other contestants (aside from Sarah) were pretty incompetent so the last place ended up being 2 points each for two people a lot of the time.
I searched the wiki and those were indeed the only times Dara got 1 point. Sarah also got only 1 point on just two occasions as well - self-portrait and the final prize task; the former was in episode 9, meaning she is the contestant to take the longest to receive just 1 point.
I was sure it would have been Inception. A Head inside a head. Like a dream inside a dream. It makes sense cause dreams happen in the brain, and their heads were essentially the brains for the boxes.
Having seen Se7en (and absolutely hating it), I would have guessed #10 was Jigsaw, a film I will never watch, based on the "head in a box" clue. Man I hated Se7en, but I couldn't stop watching it once I started.

I thought it was without a doubt the best from the opening episode but I can see it being a bit weird seeing as you don’t get to see the contestant’s faces or really their outfits. I did like it when a similar thing occurred in series 7 though; the first filmed task was the ‘quick change outfit’ one, so it felt like a grand reveal when we saw Phil Wang’s outfit for the first time in the second filmed task.
