earthshaker dreadmaw only draws 1 card, then don't enter at the same time, they enter separately and only the original sees the copy with its ETB trigger.

Unfortunately D Season, and P Lives, don't work with Volo's ability since he copies them while they're still spells. He's not creating tokens, he's copying spells. So those cards don't care.
