Hi, if you want to buy a model to build to one of you friend I would recommend a more simple model to you friend. The 787 is made by Zvezda, and is much easier to build compare to the reveal kit who need much more work, as it is much older with quite a few defect. or try the 737 from Zvezda. Now it also depend on the building skill and equipment of your friend. Maybe it will be a growing passion ;-) I hope this help you

Good job on the model. I like the size. It must be quiet something in 1/72 scale if available.
It sure must be, I believe they exist in 1/72 from Welsh model, at some point I will build an 1/72 MD80, but it will be in a few years from now 😉
