Well actually the windows are blended in the American Airlines Livery. They are located on the upper blue line and with a light grey colour it did not contrast very much on the camera. I hope this answer your question 😉

Thank you for comment. Well it's always a bit challenging, but I have to say that I miss the Italeri ATR42. This kit was very nice, and the Prop were really nice. Otherwise, it is always about the time we invest on those model, who will give us the good results. 😉👍

Nice little kit, but you re absolutely correct, lots of sanding. I like the very aF livery but I will probably wait until I get an AF 727 livery... I used to fly on that one when I was a kid 😉

the big challenge is most of the time the tone change when the paint dry. Most of the time to a darker colour

🤣 Well to be honest it is a little bit of both. This kit is definitely not for beginner, but if are patient, you will get a pretty decent result. I also build the ATR on Taco, and it is also time consuming 😉 I did 2 Breguet 765, one was from FRSIN and the other one from Welsh Model, which one is worth ? honestly hard to tell 😂

Hi, it mainly depends on the ga I have to flue. If I can use the capillarity I normally use the extra thin glue (green) from Tamya, and if it is a bigger pice like a fuselage or wings I use the needle glue. I hope this help you

I didn't knew that as I bought the model on the bay. I thought that was a standard issue, so I got lucky 😉

I normally use a mix of Tamya white and light grey, but for the proportion I am note sure, I mainly use the bold eye. I hope this help 😉

I used a mix of red brown from Tamya mixed with white, but to be honest I don't remember the proportion, I normally compare picture and adjust the colour until I find an adequate result. I hope this help.

It is indeed a great little kit, The white colour can be challenging sometimes, but it mainly depend on the thickness of the paint... Thanks for your comment 👍

@airlinersmodelmania very true with white paint....all i painted on mine were the tyres (not the actual wheels but just the tyres),cockpit interior,canopy frame and engine exhaust as everything else such as the wheels,undercarrage legs,wheel wells etc are meant to be white.

If you are using white putty, this should work. In any case I normally give them a white coat, this give a really nice finish 👍

Too bad this was a great flight flight back in the days

It is actually a quite nice livery, with this red and grey I really like it. I did a DC9-15 with this livery not too long ago. Video will be shown next year 😉

To be honest I don't remember, but I would guess, as this is a big size model. for some medium body model, I just put superglue
