      They both mentioned "Skip dribbles." Cover more ground that way. I imagine they'd probably get to around the 3 PT line with one dribble left to make a move than shoot.

    • @rubatsch1713
      @rubatsch1713 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@junior5893 ok but they spoke about using angles too cause the defender is still right in front of you. Essentially still need to shake him to create space and then use the perfect angle to blow by efficiently. A breakdown would be awesome

      rübatsch attacking from angles isnt trying to cross someone lol attacking an angle would be like attacking the defenders hip with your shoulder which gives you a better angle towards the rim lol

      It is simple you have know how to shoot the ball from anywhere under duress can't take a stupid shot can't do fancy dribbling attacks basic power dribbling pull up jumper with a defender all over you. It simulates the end of a close game probably the ladt ten to fifteen seconds great drill.

In this comment you just explained how altering your mindset to become detached helps u win…thus adopting a detached mindset is a part of you “not willing to accept a mentality that can lead you to a loss”

    I honestly want to ask Chris "It's very common for myself to get upset when teammates are in the wrong position or doing the wrong thing on the court and I feel you get upset at this also and that's why the narrative on you is some people find it difficult to play with you. What do you do when a teammate wont listen and fix the problem even when you explain why you are telling them to do x,y,z. I feel like others don't care about the details of why as much as I do."

    One of the most dissapointing moments of my life was when my father told me that he would have liked to be the pitcher who Barry Bonds got his singles season homerun record on for giving up the homerun. He said, "I would be in the history books." To me that was like saying, "I wish Michael Jordan had dunked on me." This was 20 years ago and I never looked at my dad the same way since.
