- There are three joints which are known as weight Bearing Joints and these include knee joint,hip joint and ankle joint.
With advancing age and with wear and tear process the the cushioning effect of cartilage and synovial fluid decearses and friction between bones leads to inflammation and pain .
There are certain foods which are rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acid and this healthy fat is one of the best to reduce inflammation in body including joints and it also affects the synovial fluid in joints.
These Foods includes salmon,mackerel, sardines,trout,Herring,oysters,flaxseeds, chiaseeds,Brussel sprouts,soyabean and green leafy vegetable etc.
