I do photorealism so it genuinely amazes me when I see artists not using references. My drawings rely on them because they have to look realistic, but I envy artists who can draw straight from their head without having to worry about making everything perfect.

it really blows my mind how people can pick up a pencil & draw something so beautiful. i truly wish that i knew how to draw :( you’re amazing, sending so much love to you & all the other amazing artists out there
I was just like you, and my answer to that is to try yourself. Those same thoughts is what inspired me to pick things back up and seriously do art. It'll be a long journey but just remind yourself what you do it for and apply yourself.

You are amazing at drawing! How did you become so talented? Are you self taught, or did you take any sort of classes.
Thank you! I’m self taught! Basically through trial and error and just drawing as often as I could. As I got older I started using references which helps a lot. Also following other artists with styles that I like boosts my motivation!💕
