I would have said I would be farming a year into this ...not over 4 years...but well worth it!! 😁😁 I don't really have a seed dealer or co-op close by that wanted anything to do with someone that only needed two bags of seed. 😟 So instead of just buying cheap no name, I did some research and reading. Found out that the company Hybrid85 seemed to have lots of good reviews, very personal to deal with and they shipped it directly to my door. It was 85.00 a bag, treated. They have ALL kinds of varieties to choose from. Needed to stay cheap this season and learn, so it was a good option for me! It's already up and out of the ground 3.5-4" with zero rain. We got almost 2" of steady rain this weekend, and I'm hoping it's grown several more inches when I see it today!! I also dreamed my entire life of being a farmer. I don't have the acreage and I am not getting any younger. I do what I can with what I've got. I am helping feed my family, and blooming where I am planted. I wish you well and I am looking forward to seeing all that corn grow.

Boy that is tuff isn't it, seems working full time can never line up with a schedule you need for farming!! Good luck and hang in there, it will eventually work out!! I would have said I would be farming a year into this ...not over 4 years...but well worth it!! 😁😁 I don't really have a seed dealer or co-op close by that wanted anything to do with someone that only needed two bags of seed. 😟 So instead of just buying cheap no name, I did some research and reading. Found out that the company Hybrid85 seemed to have lots of good reviews, very personal to deal with and they shipped it directly to my door. It was 85.00 a bag, treated. They have ALL kinds of varieties to choose from. Needed to stay cheap this season and learn, so it was a good option for me! It's already up and out of the ground 3.5-4" with zero rain. We got almost 2" of steady rain this weekend, and I'm hoping it's grown several more inches when I see it today!!
