Oyster sauce is not must have if you already using fish sauce, You may also substitute with Hoisin sauce, ( amzn.to/3E5vAt6 ). It will turned out just as delicious 😊
I used 235g warm milk. You may need minor adjustment on milk or water depending on local humidity and brand of flour. The dough should be medium soft after formed into a dough ball. Thank you for asking ☺️
