I am thinking of also trying a cardamom tea, using this technique. We are winding down here. All the hay is in the barns and the cattle are enjoying an extended stay in the pastures, with the continued warm weather. But that is starting to change. Great drinks. Don’t know if you guys ever tried Indian golden milk. It’s wonderful and very comforting.
I love golden milk when it’s cold out, but the sludge left at the bottom is annoying and feels wasteful. I may try to make it using whole spices.
