i wanna prepare myself for a marathon this year, i did already 37 km in 210 minutes, with lots of walking at the end... it was very spontaneous with no food in, i can do it with little prep and some food while running i guess. my goal are 4h or little over 4h, its a doable goal or the last Kms are the worst?

I am aiming for sub-3 in May. I was 3:11 in October, but killed the first half, and fell apart the last 4.
