I got it after two guess as it sounded like deaths door or Kena bridge of spirits to me, as well similar sound but I played them both last year so I knew it was from that year so and I was singing the beat back I just forgot the game. To me well it is a masterpiece of an ost it does sound similar especially this tone to others

For those wondering about the kirby titles (and yes, I know I'm a year late) the Japanese titles for cc and rc are "touch kirby" and "touch kirby super rainbow" respectively. Since that sounds bad in English, Europe and America (probably) had to come up with a name foe each separately In fact, usually when EU versions of kirby games have a different name from the American's, it's because EU uses direct translations from Japanese, while America just made up a title (for instance, squeak squad vs mouse attack, and return to dreamland vs adventure wii)
