0:08 Not sure if anyone else has mentioned it, but I think the broken wii remote is from his Wii episode in 2017 where he threw it against the tv since the white cover fell off. Also, in his Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash episode, Rex slammed a Wiimote to the ground, but that one was still functional. The reference to the beginning of his first episode goes on for a sentence more than shown ("go kethunk in a casket"). The DinoRiki NES game also got mentioned in his Resident Evil 4 Tales from the Backlog episode near the end where he also compared it to Max Payne 3, so both of those games kinda are a double reference. The "ends with a game on PS3" line could also be related to Brink since he found it right when he passed out. It may be a hint that his last ever episode could be about Brink, but the reference to his outro makes far more sense since Brink isn't a PS3 exclusive. Overall, a great compilation! - In "Mega Man | Growing Pains", Scott's birth certificate says that this middle name is, "Will Eventually Take A Look At The First Mega Man", and in "From Reveal to Release", a note gets added, marking his name as a "(working title)". Both the middle name and the (working title) are put in the "Full name" box of this Last Will and Testament
- In "You're Not An RPG Guy", when Jerry Atrics says that they're living in America, Scott says, "This isn't America, this is Ohio!", and in his Last Will and Testament, the Country and City parts intended to be filled out are both written as, "Ohio"
- The Wii remote next to the CRT at the start of Borderline Forever was actually from Scott's original Wii video, when he chucks the Wii remote at the TV, and it breaks/splits in half.
- When AVGN watches the intro tape on How To Talk About Video Games, the first couple notes of the AVGN theme song plays.
- The Dino-Riki and Max Payne 3 jokes actually originated from "Resident Evil 4 | Tales from the Backlog"

0:08 Not sure if anyone else has mentioned it, but I think the broken wii remote is from his Wii episode in 2017 where he threw it against the tv since the white cover fell off. Also, in his Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash episode, Rex slammed a Wiimote to the ground, but that one was still functional.
The reference to the beginning of his first episode goes on for a sentence more than shown ("go kethunk in a casket").
The DinoRiki NES game also got mentioned in his Resident Evil 4 Tales from the Backlog episode near the end where he also compared it to Max Payne 3, so both of those games kinda are a double reference.
The "ends with a game on PS3" line could also be related to Brink since he found it right when he passed out. It may be a hint that his last ever episode could be about Brink, but the reference to his outro makes far more sense since Brink isn't a PS3 exclusive.
Overall, a great compilation! Thanks for putting it together. It contained many that I missed when rewatching it.

I'm confident that the bit during It's Closing In where the "Hey all!" at once from every episode is a reference to the fan videos doing the same thing. It looks the same way as the fan videos are set up.

Also, there's a super subtle one you missed in Stupid Nintendo Games. During the line "We have been blessed, no time to rest, I've got a lot to undress" there's a copy of Wheel of Fortune on NES with a Game Genie attached to it, referencing the ending gag of Cheat Codes.

one reference that’s really obscure: when scott puts games in the consoles during Stupid Nintendo Games, one of the clips shows him putting Dick Vitale’s Awesome Baby College Hoops into a N64. this references The Internet and You (the first video uploaded on his channel) since the cartridge was in the N64 in most of the scenes with his desk.
scott brought up this reference in his 5 year anniversary commentary on The Internet and You (iirc) on his second channel.

Not sure if this would make sense for a compliation like this but the 2 spanish Madden 08 games are actually in the background with all the other maddens in videos proceeding Borderline. Its really cool how the specials leave an impact on the normal episodes.
