You do not want to call your self a dealer - but when I see your shelf's I am confused. Can you make a straight talk about how you make your money as a property consultant. When I hire a consultant - I expect the consultant to work for me exclusively. This mean you invoice me for your services according to agreement and do not take any commission from the property developer. Can I expect this kind of transparency when working with you?

What do you mean by “low entry level”? Does that mean buying off plan or what? Or low means “not high rise”. I understand what you mean by boutique: it’s smaller new development like 4/5 floors with elevators and may be a underground car parking.
Hi MAX Marketing, what we mean by that is that you pay less than what the property is actually worth for various reasons depending on a case by case basis. Say you're buying a unit in a development that will be delivered in a few years, where the "current" entry level is at 250K USD, for example, and once it's complete the same unit would be sold at least at 150% of the current price. The same logic applies to all the properties that are meant to appreciate over time due to their built quality, amenities and location.

Your point is a solid one. But investing in off plan will not qualify the investors to citizenship as title deeds issued only upon project completion. Am I understanding that right?
Hi Basel. In order to apply for citizenship by investment program, you have to obtain the title deed from the developer. And depending on the specific projects developers can provide title deeds during the construction process. So, it works for citizenship.

Because simple the added features will cost you more than the actual product itself. However, that is not the case at Times Tower. It's being supported by the Giant finance centre next door. I think trust in the developer is the hurdle when it comes to buying small projects. Some one who comes from other country would not have the same level of comfort as some one local.

Another option which most people do is just pay minimum 100tl a year for free doctor check up and get their medication from pharmacy normally not expensive. And for bigger things either go back to their country where it's free like UK or pay at public hospitals. If & when required which are reasonably priced. Please make a long version with a expert or Cameron
