Dude thank you for this video. I love wind rose but I had no clue they covered this nostalgia trip of a song until I saw this video. Incredible

That was awesome! This is one of my most favorite songs. Your gurdy has great sound to it! And I see that even in the highest notes there isn't any degradation in note quality - no buzzing and they are spot-on. What was your melody string tuned to? And did you learn this from sheet music or by ear?

Thank you. I'm glad you liked it.
My melody string is tuned to g and the sheet music i used to learn this is in the description, only the solo-part i did by ear cause there where no sheets for it.

Hey man, hoping to get into the Gurdy soon. Just wondering if you had any tips for looking for a good beginners Gurdy? I'm not experienced enough to tell the quality by picture, so any advice would help. Thanks so much!

Judging an instrument just by pictures is quite hard. Make sure you are buying from a trustworthy source. There are a lot of instrument reviews on youtube which will help to judge the sound of the model. Some reviews also talk more in deep about the instruments qualities.
Unfortunatly pretty much everything you might want to look out for in an instrument can't really be judged by an image. So you will have to rely on other peoples experiance.
I can only recommend to look out for well known luthiers and and keep off of really cheap instruments on the internet unless you find out more about the instrument before you buy it.
Second Hand insturments are usually a good thing to look into and you should be able to ask specific questions about the instrument
