Hello, thank you for message and kind words! The model which is curently in our Etsy shop (360 mm active string scale) has trompette :) The model from this video (430 mm scale)will be listed in about few days.
@@InstrumentFan2510 No, I have the shorter version but yes I received a hurdy-gurdy from FairyGurdies, unfortunately I'm quite disappointed, maybe it's my fault (with the maintenance) but it doesn't sound good and the key mechanism is quite bad. I advise to wait and buy a real hurdy-gurdy, more expensive but with a more reliable quality... Hope I helped - have a nice day !

It is highly possible, that your order was canceled because problem with payment. The easiest way to solve it is contact with your bank - they sometimes block paymets via Etsy.
