Good boundaries and goodbyes will lead to more than good days. It brings you to a new and greater life. I believe there is freedom and peace in solitude. Find peace from within.

    1. Not everything deserves your energy
    2. Setting boundaries isn't selfish
    3. Closure isn't always external
    4. Growth often lies outside your comfort zone
    5. You can't change others
    6. Trust your intuition - illicit your 'No'
    7. Walking away doesn't mean giving up - know when to disengage to get clarity
    8. Let your actions speak
    9. Seek validation within
    10. Embrace fresh air - let go, get a fresh start - release the hold of the past
    11. Protect your sanctuary - take care of your peace
    12. Master your inner world - self awareness - regulating your emotions
    13. Honor your true self - align your actions w/ your values - be compassionate to yourself

At 40, I went to school and finished my matric I got a nice job I'm 51 now and very much happy . indeed walking away is the best medicine we all need to drink, thanks to stoics teachings I'm a new person now. Blocked someone on social media and other areas today. It wasn't the easiest decision, but it was the best. I told her, "You will always have a place in my heart but, for now and perhaps never, not in my life. Never allow someone to be a priority in your life if you are but an option in theirs. Walking away us very often the best choice.

I walked away from a toxic partner, who was abusive and disrespectful. I had no option in the end, because they were not worthy of my time. I remained calm, walked away cutting them off indefinitely. This video reflected exactly as I behaved with Stoic values and principles. It reinforced the learning of personal values, morals and wisdom from the ancient stoics.

This video does an excellent job of breaking down stoic philosophy into practical, relatable lessons. The combination of timeless wisdom from figures like Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius, and Seneca, paired with actionable advice, makes it incredibly engaging and motivating. The use of vivid metaphors, like the archer and the storms of life, adds depth and makes the content memorable. The pacing keeps the viewer immersed, while the conversational tone ensures accessibility. It’s a profound reminder that inner peace and resilience come from mastering our responses and focusing on what we can control. Great work!

So helpful, i was feeling guilty about walking away from this stall because it depletes me, its just take, take, take, considering i give so much you would think this stall could at least ask me how i am, compliment my home, with my own paintings, or even just notice, i did the right thing not answering thecphone to the stall, this person is not worth my money, time or generosity, he gives nothing back, not emotionally or in any way, he is utterly selfish! Oh yes muttered put-downs are all i get back! Ha ha, i'm beginning to get the picture, i am so blind sometimes!😂😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉🎉thankyou, great stuff!

I have just walked away from a toxic people that I thought they were great human being, however unfortunately! I found one of them was taking me for granted and acted inappropriated toward me with his ridiculous desired. I walked away from him and now so much happier and I have learned a tough lessons because I was too compassionated to others.

Walking away is extremely painful when there's grandchildren involved but when their toxic parents use them as a means of hurting you and keep them conflicted as to who you are, walking away is the only thing you can do 😢

Stoic principles are invested in community and governmental oversight so based upon this where is Social Activism stationed within Stoic philosophy? (indeed a very complex question). Perhaps...if you are able to uncover the inner workings of Stoic principles on this matter, it would make great content.
