I've watched a few videos--- and travel shows about Athens, however, none of them have shown the surrounding environment of the Acropolis,etc. You actually showed the steps, the promontory on which the structure rests, and the scads of tourists. Thank you for giving us a fuller and unsanitized view!

Chose September! Less crowded, lower prices, better service, warm waters, a little bigger nights (life in Greece goes on till 4:oo am and more) same sun! Call October? Get a light cotton jacket along! Don't miss the chace antway!

I'm leaving for Athens in September. I'm so excited and nervous at the same time because I'm going solo. However, watching this video I feel more confident what to look for and where to go. 52 Euros is not a good price for a linen shirt that looks like that. The videos are very good and helpful for deciding where to travel or not

My friend is there now on his own. Greeks asked for a lighter. He said I haven’t got one. They verbally abused him for being English, then got attacked physically for absolutely nothing. His legs, face and ribs are black n blue. Such a nice city 🙄

There are NO ancient Greek ruins in Rome as you stated. There are however, Greeks ruins located throughout Italy but not in te city of Rome
