- FILES MANAGEMENT DATABASE IN MS ACCESS
Hello friends,
I share with you on how to create a simple database in Microsoft Access that we can use to store, manage and open our local PC files directly in our Access Database.
Using this approach to handle files in a Database has the potential of keeping the Database capacity below the 2GB limitation in Microsoft Access.

great job!!!!!!
Good job!
Thank you! Cheers!
Great job Boss. Keep it up!
Thanks, you too!
If we want to save in a specific folder, how to do it? Say for each staff seperate folder and saving it separately thier files
Okay. we shall look at it this in next videos regarding this topic.
Hi Arko, it's about DLookUp ("Amount paid", "tblMain", "ID=1") seeks to point out one record from the field. (From the Amount paid field). What about if we want all the records in the field, how are we going to code it, please.
Can you come up again clearly on this question?
@henry , if I can try to understand you, if u want the Dlookup function to return the corresponding amount paid whenever u type an id, try this
Dlookup ( "amount paid","tblmain", " id = " ' " & txtid & " ' " ")
I hope I've not made a mistake
it didn't operate in MS Access 2007
any suggestion ?
yes, MS 2007 is way old. Please consider upgrading to a later version and you will be fine. sorry for late reply
can it be shared and opened on another computer

Very good instructions- but you speake toooooo fast
Thank you for bringing this up. Will try to slow next time sir.
