@walkingforhealthandfitness thanks so much for hosting me it was a lot of fun, hopefully people can see the dramatic change walking made in my life and decide to give it a try. Keep up your important message.
Hello Danny, I'm so glad you were the first guest on the Walking for Health and Fitness podcast. You made the whole experience easy and it was a pleasure to work with you! Walk on, Frank
Hello @karenlavigne1108, I'm so happy to hear that Danny has inspired you. He's and amazing man and an inspiration as you documents his serious health issues. See more from him @bnbbattlesbraincancer. Thanks for watching and commenting. Walk on, Frank
I'm 79 years old. I have afib. Am on one medication for it, but would love to control it naturally. I do love to walk. I normally walk three to six miles daily with ease, sometimes even 8 or nine miles. I have started doing some light exercises also. So far I am feeling great. Hate meds. The potential sides effects are so scary.
Hello Christine, thanks for watching and commenting. Danny was a great guest with so much information and encouragement. He is currently documenting his serious cancer issues @bnbbattlesbraincancer. Check out his progress. Walk on, Frank

pulmonary veins not arteries plus posterior left atrial wall get ablated.Thank you for your encouragement. Pulsed field is the best type of ablation recently FDA approved.
Thank you for having this great man on your podcast. Just subbed now. I really like Danny; so smart and I’ve learned so much from him. Yes, I had AFib. I say “had” as I’m one month out post-ablation surgery hoping it sticks. Thanks again!
Quite intersting to watch this. I agree about walking ("a low barrier to entry" hahah!). In my opinion, what is underestimated is the anxiety and stress created by medication and operations. Doctors recommend all kinds of tests and screening and medication and never seem to take into account the stress such things will cause and stress is a major carcinogen and Afib trigger!. Somewhere in you tube a person relates how he had a stroke while being ablated and is grateful that by chance doctors were to hand to deal with his stroke!! Didnt occur to him that the abaltion caused the stroke.
I have permanent Afib got diagnosed. The beats missing makes me so scared and I stopped exercising so I gained weight which is really bad. I need to exercise as my health is going down hill I just turned 34 years old they dont know why I have permanent Afib
Hello @simplysoulenergy7248 , I'm sorry to hear of your condition. Watch Danny's other AFIB videos for more great information and encouragement. Go to: th-cam.com/channels/PmuASZEfq7AVrmBQTvGaiA.html Walk on, Frank
@@simplysoulenergy7248 man, you need to get an ablation ( convergent hybrid ablation) asap. AFib leads to heart failure . I know cause I have it. The longer you stay in AFib the harder it is to stop it. Go talk to a electro physiologist my friend. Your cardiologists knows this. I'm having an ablation done this Wednesday! My heart is at EF 35 now cause of the AFib.
Thx Danny. Yes I've been scared to exercise much. I was diagnosed with A fib. 2 mon. Ago. Really hate any drugs but I'm on candesartan 16 MG and Bisoprolol 5mg. Never used meds other than vitamins 😢Can't seem to able to get used to Cpap machine?
How do you know a fib is starting? I just got out of hospital from my first afib … I am still learning about it, the dr don’t tell you much in the hospital. Thanks
Hello @sherryhenley3327 Thanks for watching and commenting. Here is Danny's AFIB channel: www.youtube.com/@bignorthernbear You can find more information from Danny and about AFIB. Good luck.

I had paroxy attacks and did an ablation in 2019. It went fine and I was free!!! Rhen it csme back tn 2022 when I got covid and it have been really touch since then. I had an electeic stabiliation once a week, then my doc put me on nedication and no it is quite ok again. Had an episoder with over 210 in pulse, that sceared mme and I then called for an ambulance. I wish you good luck!
I put warm/ hot compresses on heart picturing coagulated blood in science beaker flowing when warmed! Well based on frenzy sleep bed clothes not as disrupted it seemed to work in some vein! ( No pun)😊😊 So any merit absolutely i dont know but slept better initially for two weeks!!

I have it permanent also. I found up I had it at 34. I am 60 now. do not worry about it... walk.
You should maybe get a convergent hybrid ablation.
I too have afib. I suggest you read "Afib Cure" by Dr. Day. It is very informative.

If your doing so well why get an ablation? How much does ablation cost? What if it doesnt work?
I wouldn't unless desperate alot it doesn't and 2% you arnt coming out!!
AFib only gets worse with time. Need convergent hybrid ablation maybe. Especially since it's permanent AFib or persistent AFib.
