The actor who plays Silver actually aged quite well. They made him look older on purpose because according to the story he's supposed to be older than Daniel(around Kreese's age). Thomas Ian Griffin is actually the same age as Ralph Macchio.
I’m so excited for the cobra kai reactions to return! They have a whole different vibe compared to all the other shows imo.

Him and Ralph Macchio are the same age. Terry actually aged quite well, but they wanted him to look older because story-wise Terry Silver is supposed to be older than Daniel.

I’ve been waiting for you guys to see the trailer :) literally the best trailer for cobra Kai in my opinion, and perfect song choice of Rock of Ages, because with the teams shaping up the way they are (Kreese and Silver and then Johnny and Daniel, ect) it’s literally leading up to the “rock” / confrontation of the ages.

Took me a few days to realize, but the ONLY difference in technique between Robby and Miguel will be the secret Miyagi technique Miguel will learn. Other than that, they are both almost equally trained in style. IRL their physique will matter more, but in a point-system tourney it shouldn't matter too much
Idk based off the characters synopsis for the season it seems like Robby will be getting a lot more aggressive, so I imagine that his fighting will style will change at least a bit

Realistically, they aren’t close. Miguel has overcome so much more and learned so much and became the better / best fighter very quickly. If we’re being honest nobody should beat Miguel

Also forget to add Robby is much bigger than Miguel this season as tanner the actor bulked up for this season as he believed it would make Robbys on going story actually evolve as there’s picture been leaked of him and Tory looking at each other in the back room and he legit is just coming off the weight bench by the looks of it
Idk which all students he got but I did see him beating the shit out of kyler and another one in the trailer I believe they had a problem with robby being lead and whoever had an issue with it had to prove they were better and obviously it didn't work robby still ran the dojo after teaching them a lesson

Have a feeling Terry is gonna teach Robbie and Tory the quicksilver method - can't stand and he's going to work over Miguel's legs to win the boys bracket. Tory - uses can't breathe on Sam and she wins the girls bracket. Makes sense if they want the story to continue in season 5. This is pretty much the Empire Strikes Back.
Agreed. But they can also split it. Maybe Cobra Kai doesn't win both brackets. I know for a fact Tory will win the girls bracket because she hasn't beaten Sam once yet. They have to give her a victory at some point. But when it comes to the boys bracket it makes sense for either Miguel or Robby to win. so whoever wins the boys bracket is a toss-up. I believe Robby will win but I wouldn't be surprised if Miguel won just because he almost died and it also makes sense for him to win
there was 3 trophies. which means there is 3 brackets, Girls,Boys and Kata. Sam wins Kata, Tory wins girls and Robby wins boys.
I get this, but in my opinion I really think and hope Miguel wins. This is following the Karate Kid after all, and Daniel never lost.. I hope they go the same route with Miguel to be honest, he is much better than anyone else anyways

I personally think that, the reason you see Johnny and Daniel face to face is that both dojos train together however enter separately because then they is more chance that they will win against Cobra Kai. Also the change in the tornament is they decide to allow weapons and full body contact, which means the end may be bloody. 😀

Not saying johnny can beat daniel but when johnny fought kreese johnny was able to easily take kreese of his feet then did what hawk did to his bully just punching him in the face again and again only reason kreese was gonna kill johnny was because johnny was tryna make sure robby was ok then kreese came up from behind
