This Beauty is 19 years old and is in better shape than many new and definately most 5 year old cars it will perform as new and its body integrity and finish retains its youthful appearance defying its age very few 19 year old cars can compare at this price point new then or used now ❤

There are thousands of us who treasure our Generation Three Avalons. Unless you have or have had one, you don't realize just how good these cars are. Through the years, no matter what cars I have sold or traded, I've kept, and will keep my 2008 Avalon Limited. I had much rather drive it over my 2021 Avalon XLE or my 2022 Avalon Limited!

Just the kind of information I love hearing.
I just bought an '08 Limited (1 owner) about 6 months ago for $7,100 which was wholesale with 125K miles.
I think the car brand new was around $36,000, give or take
Except for a few cosmetic dings, the car is in fantastic condition and super happy I was able to get a really nice car for way less than what it would have sold for on a car lot... Appreciate the info my friend! 🌟

The rear recline seats always impressed me because no other car had it, even today.

Definitely the coolest thing ever! Too bad more sedans don't have this feature nowadays

Note to self whenever you're doing a overview of the vehicle, bring the keys, please LMAO.
JUST JOSHING, you have a really engaging voice and can tell for sure you would be pleasant to hang with or to buy from whatever I'm trying to say.
Thanks for the video, much appreciated as I bought an 08 Limited about 6 months ago now and I'm really enjoying this car

Some of them have real issue like timing cover leak..headgasket coolant leak..and a hose that burst and all the oil leak without notice

Great car but not perfect, the dashboards cracking is a known issue and my AC condenser died at 110,000 miles. Other than that, it's been the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned.

My 2008 is still going strong with 300K miles. I do believe the next gen was a bit better especially with the suspension on it. Then the last gen is pretty good also except for the bad seats up front. Too short and not as comfortable for the long haul

300k? Nice! Yes I do agree that the 5th gen Avalon front seats are not the greatest. The back seats are better for some reason lol

2011 was the refresh. They also took away the rain sensing wipers and 3 zone climate for the 5th gen. The 2011 looks even more like a Camry on the front.

Toyota loves to remove features and charge more for it huh 😆

The more complexity they have, the more there is to go wrong (and it will go wrong). Leather interiors degrade quickly (crack and tear) in the Arizona sun and heat. Cloth interiors are far more durable. Avalon interiors seem to hold up much better than Lexus interiors.

Thing is I see tons of Avalons on the road but I have yet to see its replacement the Crown on the road

@rickymack2611 true. They've been out for about 2 years now and I've only ever seen around 5 my whole life lol
