i have a question. have you tried catalase?

I've been waiting decades for this. Exciting!!!
Hi thanks. Let's hope that it is available soon!

My teeth have been waiting for this for decades. So even exciting to my mind, however connected!
hoping the clinical trials yield promising results and there aren’t crazy side effects. This could change the world
God I hope this is something that consistently works, I lost my upper teeth at 21 and will be losing my bottom teeth 'soon' at 27 now, and it's been miserable
Hi thanks for sharing. It would be great if it can help you. I wish you good luck. Do you have a medical condition which is causing the problems with your teeth?
@@ModernHealthspan Yeah, I usually have trouble remembering what the name of it is, my dentist named it in passing awhile ago, but my enamel is more porous on most of my teeth, the front four bottom teeth were unaffected by the gene responsible and are pretty much pristine, while the rest are abominable, the outside of the teeth kind of crush in if something is tough or if in the time I had upper teeth I would grind them in my sleep and wake up with dust in my mouth. I imagine the bottom four front teeth similarly to tiger stripes in the way whatever the gene is called presents.
Aw bless you.
I hope they can help you or at least you get some kind of cosmetic teeth.
I have had all mine out one at a time over a few years , I can appreciate the pain and the not being confident . You are young so I hope you get teeth and they can solve the genetics too for other people.
Best of luck.
Fascinating research tho , very exciting.
Excellent research Richard. Thanks for your vigilance and excellent reporting.
Hi thank you! Hope that it was helpful.

In the meantime, I got my trusty blender!
Blinders can make Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs)...the real reason "processed" foods are unhealthy. To reduce formation, carbohydrate should be blended alone, having either fat or protein present causes the carbohydrate to bond to fat or protein creating AGEs. Most of these healthy kidneys can remove. One they can't: glucosepane. This wedges itself into collagen, laminin, fibronectin, and elastin increasing tissue stiffness. And most relevantly, it stiffens the arteries.
There are some tricks. You can blend components separately and then mix together by hand at the end. Another thing you can do is put something acidic in there at the start. The acid helps reduce the reaction.
AGEs are more commonly known to be formed during high temperature cooking. They are also formed in the body at an increased rate when glucose is elevated, such as in diabetics.
I take some supplements to minimize these creations. I cook mostly with water, sauces and steam to avoid the temperatures that promote these reactions. I only buy and eat raw seeds and nuts, never roasted.
There is a table on the Internet that shows the AGEs levels in many foods. The methods used there I have heard undercounts AGEs in carbohydrates, but is still very useful. The very worst foods are bacon, butter, BBQ chicken, margarine, Parisian cheese, broiled hot dog, pine nuts, roasted chicken, soft cream cheese, steak pan-fried in olive oil, roasted cashews, deep-fried chicken, steak pan-fried in canola, and mayonnaise.

Exciting, give me hope! especially not only talking, will be in human trial this year. Important and great info, thank you!
Hey Jose, thanks! Yes, it is great that they have a clinical trial planned for this year.
Really ???
Great. Teething again at 60. (I'll need a chew-toy!)

Isn't that what kink is for?

What a wonderful bit of research 😊
Gosh, I do wish this was available now. Here in the UK it is impossible to get an NHS dentist and I certainly do not have the huge cost of going private sadly. Thank you for this information.
Very interesting to see this research taking place. I hope it will come to fruition with no side effects. Some of my family members would be thrilled. One always rather envies crocodiles for their capacity to regrow teeth! Thanks for the upload and do keep us posted about this, Richard!
I cant wait for the American implant industry to go sideways. Charging 8k-12k per implant (while you can get a 5 star vacation along with full dental care overseas for 6k-includes implants and all expenses) .

I broke part of one upper incisive when I was child. The missing part got totally “repaired” alone in about 15 or 20 years… when I says this to dentists, they say it is impossible😅
Hi thanks for sharing and very interesting!
How did it get repaired. Do you mean the body repaired it on its own?
@@TEThinks Kind of... I suspect the tooth is simply slowly worn away with time. Such as the broken part disappeared. Just a speculation though...
@@AI-Easy-App how can you repair it?
@@Johnsy_moon I didn't repair it... I wish someone told me how it got repaired... if I only can make a guess: it got eroded with time... but nobody confirmed

I wish I could be in the trials, at age 13 I had 17 teeth, when they took out the baby teeth nothing grows back, I'm at age 37 with 16 teeth... I've brushed my teeth and tried taking care of them but they keep going bad I even eat right and stay away from a lot of sugars
Oh please let this work!
Is it possible to volunteer? Because I would willingly participate!!!!
Of course you can but just have find a location where they running the test.
Hi , was the test phase successful? May you please give me an update?
Hi thanks for the question. I don't see any updates for the trial on the company or university websites. I would note that even if it is positive this is a phase 1 trial and there would need to be further trials before it was available in the clinic.
What happened to human trials September started any update about human trials 🏮😁😁😁😁😁😁🏮
Since I was a pre-teen, there have been proposed alternative ways for filling teeth or curing them of cavities (laser, electric pulse, gels), and I have never seen one of these treatments reach mainstream dentistry.
As someone who is absolutely terrified of dentistry, had just begun to trust my dentist when he left the local practice, that practice closing down, no other NHS dentists available in my town (and not likely to start up either), I face a future of going to A&E for emergency extractions or just letting old teeth fall apart and drop out.
Given the mysterious disappearance of all the other aforementioned treatments over the past 40 years, I wonder if we will really see this treatment appear in dental clinics.
And for those of us who can't afford private dentists, if this will ever be offered by the NHS (not a chance, I think). At best, I suspect it'll be exclusive for the haves, not the have nots.
Thanks for sharing Richard. Do you know how to get into this trial?
Hi Ron, thanks for your question. For the trial in September there is a contact link (iact.kuhp.kyoto-u.ac.jp/patient/consultation) for further information. Note the page is in Japanese. The Phase IIa trial also has a more information link but explicitly says the trial is only for children with congenital lack of teeth and they will not respond to other enquiries. Hope this helps.
@@ModernHealthspan Thanks Richard.
One problem with awakening vestigial genes is that there is a good chance they are damaged. Every generation has around 100 mutations. If something important is damaged, then they are less likely to survive and procreate. If the gene is no longer used, it does not matter, and damage will accumulate over time. There is no selection pressure to keep it intact.
There is also a good chance these teeth will be a next size up, and not fit in the mouth. People might get some nifty canines too.
I started swishing wheatgrass powder in my mouth twice a day and my bone started to grow back in on my front tooth and side tooth. I thought I was seeing things.
I knew Wheat grass powder could heal loose teeth/help receding gums/etc but I legit had a piece of a tooth in front and I can't believe part of it already grew back.
Originally they said I didnt have enough bone. When I went back they said I did. Freaking nuts
Hi Lina Marie Thanks for sharing. That is amazing.

interesting times we are in with de-aging science rapidly moving ahead.I think as soon as a cure for teeth regrowing or a cure for grey hair or something like that on the first stage comes then the investment in this science will go into billions weekly .
Hi thanks for sharing. I agree. There is a lot of promise, of therapies getting close to or into human trial. I think there will be a big bump when the first therapy that clearly fixes signs of aging becomes available in the clinic.
@@ModernHealthspan Definitely one of the first cures is about to happen which will trigger things even faster with major global finance and resources.
When I was really young, I heard some stories from very old people telling stories of few people who reached around 100 years old and grew some kind of dentition or teeth. From the story, the teeth are described smaller (baby teeth like I suppose) and not a complete set as one would imagine. Perhaps there is a physiological change at that age that somehow affects that USAG-1 that allows the 3rd dentition to occur. I didn't know there is that 3rd tooth germ. Wow!
I hope it's a reality and is affordable for everyone.
Is this medication work on that people who has lost their tooth dew to cavities or accidents ?
The best way to get it would be to be in an experimental group. When it becomes a real practice, only the rich will be able to afford it because insurance companies will never cover it.
As long as it is cheaper than an implant, which insurance also doesn't cover, it's a win. Implants cost between 3 to 5 grand each.
Can you guys do updates for this in future? Normally you hear a lot of headlines that go nowhere and it’s frustrating.
Wow you really look younger! What do you attribute this to? I take donotage NMN &sirtuin 6. I'd love to know your exercise and supplement routines. Thanks!
Hi Milena, thank you! I am not sure what it would be, though I did get my hair cut. Recently I have lost a little weight, as I have concentrated on aerobic training. For exercise I am doing Zone 2, 4x4 and Sprints. I also do weights twice per week. I take quite a lot of supplements so difficult to list them all here. I take a NAD booster (currently this is Nuchido), vitamins b, c, d, k. Also Mg, Selenium, TMG, Omega-3. But not anything here that I have changed recently. I have added n1o1 serum on my face, but cannot say if it is helping yet.
Oh! This is wonderful!
What about gums to hold those teeth in place?
now that's a news worth smiling for 😁
Wow, super exciting.
Thanks for sharing!
I have had a full set of plastic teeth since 2008. It'd be nice to grow another set but not really necessary
Dear sir
Please tell me if the medicine for regrowth of teeth can also regenerate Gums?
Im pray my god Please successful this drug for human trail 🙏🙏
I remember my small hometown dentist explaining to my mom that there was not enough room for my eye teeth to come in. They were behind the existing teeth. With only novocaine and some rather effective pliars, (he may as well put his foot on my neck) my mom freaking out trying to calm me, he essentially performed oral surgery on me, awake, not having any of it, took out the existing teeth and the ones behind them. That's something you never forget. Reminds me of that movie, There Will Be Blood. 😂
Excellent info .... something similar I've read in one of Dr. Mercola's article. Not sbout growing actual teeth but regenerating the teeth eith cavities.
Mercola is a fraud.
Hi thanks for sharing. That sounds interesting and I guess must have a different mechanism.
I am 89 and have only a few teeth left. I am willing to be tried on if you're looking for older people?
I hear hydroxyapatite helps to "protect enamel" & it's now available in a couple Canadian toothpastes. I'm an old infantilized adult, so it would be just to become able to grow another round of teeth, where when needed, thanks.
What if you have implant will it work?
Is that true that they will be developing the drug in different types of medication?
Regrowing teeth is like fusion always 20 years away, I have been reading, watching news about it for years, and for last 20 years promise was "it will be next year", and somehow, next year never comes. Not even addressing what when jaw bone has been absorbed, etc...
Scientific testing and studies usually takes about 20 years before entering human trials if all goes well. Seeing this has been spoken about and researched for 20 years is actually a good sign that the medicine and research has been going well to now be entering human trials
This after I just spent $39,000. But I have a perfect smile, and good for another 40 years. 😅
Stop eating garbage and go carnivore
Hi Elizabeth, thanks. That sounds good. Although there is a timeline, who knows when this technology will really be available!
In India it would be not more than 4k usd
Implants? If so, was the procedure painful? Please relate your experience as I'm considering them myself.
i heard stories how people over 100y develop new teeth like the children have which the fall off fast and then the real new teeth grow
So how will this work if a person has severe periodontal desiese, gum, and bone loss? Does the tootg bud akso stimulate gum and bone to grow? Wont the periodontal desiese attack the new tooth as well? Or is this only for select people? There have been many of these stories for years like tooth regeneration for no more cavities, but they all seem to just fizzle away.
Pls see the video of DHS vloger he is dentist to in his video he has explained about trials of 3 stage with different conditions if got more information about this pls reply me to

Can't wait to happen soon.
My son’s friend, at the age of 21 or thereabouts, suddenly started growing a third set of teeth. Obviously there was not enough room for all the teeth, so he had the older ones extracted, as the new ones appeared. I know this is an extremely unusual occurrence, and I thought he was so lucky, to get brand new teeth again. We should all grow new teeth at the age of between 30 and 40, because by then, we will look after them better, perhaps, than we did before. With new insight and knowledge, we could all have all our teeth, in perfect condition, well into old age. Wouldn’t that be wonderful? No fillings, no root canals, no extractions, no crowns and bridges, no false teeth/ dentures. That would all be a thing of the past! Oh joy! 😂🤣
How The heck… Lucky guy. Do he take any medication/drug or food that might have triggered it as a side effect?

i don't know which one of your supplements you are taking is responsible but wow you look so much younger. Truly. Please share which you think had the most effect. It's not your skin but the way the flesh is sitting on your bone structure and no it's not because you lost weight.
