Going by the unused clon icons look like Billy Ray returns from Black (Makes sense given his truck does too) with the sickle, (makes sense given Billy used farm tools to kill his wife and probably more) and the bird might be for Roadkill
Spectre is my favorite vehicle and it suck that he got cut. I wish I could see his model. Twister, Crazy 8, Yellow Jacket and Slamm got their models released, where's Spectre's? 😭

Twisted Metal is probably dead by now, as Sony has possibly replaced it with Destruction All-Stars, and are more into cinematic-style games like Spider-Man and The Last Of Us.

I think the reason why Spectre waz cut is because it's special was to similar to Sweet Tooth's. In past games, spectre's special was a missile ghat could do pretty decent damage and go through walls. Sweet tooth's special in this game is the same thing. So they scrapped Spectre from the game. And the fact there's no model of it in the game files, tells us it was cut very early in development. Just my thoughts.
4:42 so this right here the juggernaut is a pretty powerful truck but it's pretty hard to kill which is had a special unlockable vehicle which is all players can't use the Juggernaut to become a boss member.
I read somewhere on the Twisted Metal Alliance site a while ago that if you manage to glitch behind the boundaries of Diablo Pass, you will see the cut path layout for the scrapped Chase-to-Vegas mode that was shown off in the greenlight video. Can someone verify if this is true?

It's been a long time since I played this. Also the announcer voiceovers were used in online gameplay however removed due to performance issues. They cut out lots of stuff because the game was bugged to hell and back bcs the internet speeds couldnt keep up with all the stuff that had been going on. Sometimes the things been way too fast paced that you would hear 5 clips at once sort of like in Unreal Tournament. The more files running at the same time the more would made strains on game performance. So they had to remove some effects and other stuff from the multiplayer portions. This is the same reason why the character roster is limited too.
