Born and raised in Naples, but now live out west in Utah. It definitely wasn't as busy/popular when I was a kid as it is now. I do miss the warm winters and the beach. Great place to raise a family.

I live in Orlando. I would love to visit Naples. Looks beautiful. It gets a bit lonely down here. I am originally from New York. Wish I had friends and someone I can talk to

after living there my whole life i can say you'll get tired of it unless you can afford a good home and afford to do stuff.

3;58 LMAO!! I love Miami, but yes I'm looking for an anti Miami that I still have access to Miami because it's my base and I figure Naples is the place, so I checked out your video.

Hi. We just visited naples in July and loved it. Can you suggest an area where homes are affordable without Hoa fees. Thanks

Hi Marie! There are a few I can think of with no HOA whatsoever, that would be Naples Manor & Golden Gate City (under $500k) and Golden Gate Estates & Naples Park (above $500k). There are also some condo communities with low HOA fees and low purchase prices such as Meadowood or Sawgrass.

If you want to browse homes in any of these communities, visit my website at www.chloeshook.com and type the community name into the location field of the property search.

Looking to relocate in spring from NY 🌴
    Any apartment recommendations?!

Hi Cait! There are not a ton of large apartment complexes in Naples like you see in most other major cities. I have a few friends that live over at Legacy Naples and Lago. There are more affordable options further north closer to FGCU. What brings you to Naples?

I want to rent a place for me to come to Florida for 4 months so that i can escape the very cold winter in Canada. Do you have a small rental for me or do you know of somebody who is renting out their place or even shared accommodations could be good. Thank you for your video. I look forward to chatting with you soon about helping me find a place to rent. Thank you.

Poor salaries… for those people who run the place in season & off. Bad police unless youre a multimillionaire.. prey on blue collar working people and visitors ..
