Laufey has an incredible voice. She really needs to find an experienced videographer who can compliment her sound, enhance her mood & her looks by creating backdrops for her incredible voice to bring it to the next level.

In Roppongi, Tokyo, there used to be a jazz club called Misty. It had a Steinway & Sons concert grand where top singers from Japan and abroad sang every night. In 1978, a fat, late Doris Day performed there for several weeks in a row, and every time she introduced herself as "I'm Doris Day," the regulars would exchange "You liar!” The most requested song at that club was, of course, Misty. Now that Misty is gone, Blue Note Tokyo is probably the best jazz club in Japan. I had the pleasure of enjoying Laufey's Misty there on June 5th this year. She confessed, "I am supposed to be a jazz singer, but this is the first time I have sung in a real jazz club like this.” But I think this is the best Misty I have ever heard, both live or recorded.
