Look up glute action with walking and you will find my videos. I have multiple of glute and hip action. Look up walking footwork to see videos on foot action. I am planning another follow up on that.
Thank you. One suggestion - please use the mirroring s/w for left-right reference to match with viewer's POV ; or may be mention it with a hand gesture when you're referring to a side
Good suggestion. So, you mean if I am doing something on the right leg, have people mirror me on their left leg, Zumba style? If that is what you mean, I think I will try that.
I think we have learnt to compensate for the mirror image discrepancy. Side image and rear views(walking away) are fine of course. And I've noticed I initiate a movement from a stationary position with my left leg.I always lead with the left. Am I nitpicking? Maybe it's a good idea to point to your right when you refer to it.
@@Stevie671 Most people have a favored side because they have developed body memory for a certain sequence of movements. That is normal. I think mirror imaging might me unnecessary since we are doing very slow demonstrations. It isn't like trying to follow a dance choreography in mirror image.
Sir do we think of behind leg more than front leg when we walk.......or suggest what to think or where to feel when walk ...... ...because one TH-camr says this rehab and revive name Channel
We should think of the behind leg (the one the weight is on) once we begin the swing phase. This is the Lift action powered by the standing leg. This is similar to what Rehab and Revive says. If you think about the swing leg, you will end up duck footed.
Don’t repeat anything if you get pain. Make sure to practice anything slowly. It should feel smooth and not forced. You may want to try my Core Balance and Mobility exercise routine for practice and see if you can do that as a warm up to get the core coordinated. You should find it if you just do a search for that title.

Now that's confusing.
