Tank venting mostly done by mast riser ?
Wen discharging if inerting is not done vaccum will occur in tank ;with air in the tank fire can take place??
It is impormative video but my confusion regarding venting during loading looks like using mast riser is better than the pv valve

In IG suply oxygen content should be less than 5% and not 8% . 8% is maximum allowable oxygen content within tanks as per SOLAS . (Deck cadet from georgia):)
It should be below 8% bro , to catch fire oxygen should be more than 11% so there is already 3% margin kept. Bringing O2 content less than 5% is just waste of fuel , in this today world of energy efficiency . Cheers
