  • Here's my look at all seven Storyteller ornaments from Hallmark's Star Wars series. The X-Wing, Death Star, and Darth Vader's Tie Fighter are from 2017, Millenium Falcon and Tie Fighter are from 2018, and lastly, the Y-Wing and Star Destroyer are from 2019. `

Don’t forget the star galaxy wreath from Hallmark. It lets you mount and display them in a very nice way.

Once you get the full collection of the Star Wars new Hope storytellers you can hear a full battle mission

In part one of this preprogram sequencing and see a tiny bit of the story of the new Hope, but within park to you can be able to hear a full battle mission going on

You say Falcon like Harrison. 'Fawl-cun' as opposed to 'fahl-con'.

Great idea and set piece from Hallmark but the dialog on a few of them like the Death Star and Star Destroyer are very low in volume and they don't match the others in high quality sound.

The Star Destroyer is better in person, but I agree with the Death Star. My only guess is that since it was in the first wave maybe it wasn't the best quality. Or perhaps mine just has a faulty speaker.
I will say that once they're all set up and not huddled together as I have them here the audio is a bit better.

@@JTMitchell87 I have the Hallmark light up wreath and put them all up on it. My Star Destroyer is the first with Leia and Darth's dialog and it's volume is still low. But then it switches to the Death Star and gets even lower with Peter Cushing's voice. I wonder if later issues of the Death Star they corrected the audio? I have heard others on TH-cam and they sound much louder.

@@Edgeofnight80s It's certainly possible. I got mine the year they came out so... Maybe along the way, they added more oomph to the speaker...

I’ve thought about hanging mine on a large mobile in front of a picture of a galaxy but the wire would be distracting. These would be even better if they were wireless.

Hey, does this play nice with the 2021 set?

These are great, but the quality control isn't. I've had to exchange more than one and I've also had issues where they stop working or only work some of the time. I took a few apart and there seems to be a common problem with the magic cord connection. Unfortunately, the Star Wars ones are some of the hardest to take apart without breaking them. I posted a video of how to fix a storyteller ornament using the Jack Skellington one as an example. If you own any storytellers and are having issues with them, check out the video for a solution.
