I remember when I was little, the most fascinating thing for me was seeing people washing rice. I've always wanted to know how it feels in your hands and I've always asked my cousins and my mom whenever I see them washing rice as to how it feels in their hands but they just ignored me. I was imagining it might feel like sand and that it really must feel so nice washing them and letting them fall off your hands. But now that I'm the one doing the cooking, I just love the feel of it. 😁
And I've always wanted to know what tofu tastes like because even though I'm Asian, I have never ever eaten tofu in my life -.-
Seriously, Thailand is heaven on earth...

You can find this type of food stand everywhere in Thailand. Its call "Khao-Gang", means rice and curry. Its an easy breakfast or lunch for people who work nearby.
Poepole who work in the city center dont have time to cook due to traffic in Bkk and they survive from these foods or a bowl of noodle. That's our everyday breakfast, lunch and dinner.
So well organized. The way he courteously put the food in the pot and transfer it to the tray. He is not a messy cook. It looks clean and nice. The ingredients look fresh. I'm amazed.
I don't eat Thai food I'm extremely picky eater but I love watching these type of videos they are very mind relaxing especially if you had a long day 🤦🏾♀️🙏🏾🥰
Let me just say…..this food looks so intriguing. How is it that they are literally cooking OUTSIDE, and each dish all of the ingredients appear to be very CLEAN AND FRESH?? In the states, not even our indoor restaurants are this clean and organized!!! It’s truly something to respect and be proud of !!! Also, he is amazing at retrieving every drop of ingredients from the current dish that’s cooking out of the pot…before moving to the next dish. Kudos

Well, apparently from the states, they cook without sanitary standards, although people with syphilis and hepatitis are taken from you, people who cannot work with food. And here the street is raw meat, there is no refrigerator, and even there is nowhere to wash your hands, the food is not covered, next to the road, besides, I strongly doubt this cook.
I miss Thailand and the streets foods!

There's so much fresh, leafy green vegetables in there! This is so nutrient and would be quite expensive in North America! I always thought North American main stream food lack leafy greens.
Yeah the dishes here are cheap food, salmon skin, duck with bones, noods, radish, the main protein is egg. But excellent cooking process, inspiring!
